Payment and download
Payhip processes the order and provides download access after checkout. Use a correct email address and keep your receipt. You need a PDF reader; a printer is optional for worksheets and labels. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Problems and refund requests
If files are missing, incorrect or fail to download, reply to your Payhip receipt or contact the seller with your order email and file name. Refund requests should be sent through the same channel for review. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. No satisfaction guarantee or automatic refund period is promised.
